Corporate Governance

Movember's promise is to act on behalf of all Mo Bros, Mo Sistas and those that support them to maximize the impact of their support and the funds they raise.

This promise is governed by the following entities:

1. The Board

The Board of Directors aim to set the highest standards possible for the performance of the Movember Foundation. The board is accountable to the Members of Movember to ensure that Movember maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, accountability and transparency.

The Members of Movember include:

- Movember's beneficiary partners
- Movember's corporate sponsors and partners
- The Mo Bros and Mo Sistas who participate in Movember
- The people and organizations that make donations to the Mo Bros and Mo Sistas
- Movember's staff

The Movember board is comprised of four independent directors and three of the founders. All board members are unpaid for their role in keeping with Movember's focus on minimizing administrative costs.

The board of directors include Paul Villanti (Chairman), Adam Garone (CEO), Elaine Farrelly, Dr Narelle Curtis, Luke Slattery, Andrew Gibbins and Travis Garone.
