Movember's promise is to act on behalf of all Mo Bros, Mo Sistas and those that support them to maximise the impact of their support and the funds they raise.

This promise is governed by the following entities:

1. The Board

The Board of Directors' aim is to set the highest standards possible for the performance of the Movember Foundation. The board is accountable to the Members of Movember to ensure that Movember maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, accountability and transparency.

The Members of Movember include:

- Movember's beneficiary partners
- Movember's corporate sponsors and partners
- The Mo Bros and Mo Sistas who participate in Movember
- Those people and organisations that make donations to the Mo Bros and Mo Sistas
- Movember's staff

The Movember board is comprised of four independent directors and three of the founders. All board members are unpaid for their role in keeping with Movember's focus on minimising administrative costs.

The board of directors include Paul Villanti (Chairman), Adam Garone (CEO), Elaine Farrelly, Dr Narelle Curtis, Luke Slattery, Andrew Gibbins and Travis Garone.

The Movember Foundation also operates under the charitable fundraising legislation as prescribed by each individual state in Australia. The Movember Foundation has been granted endorsement as a tax deductible gift recipient under Subdivision 30-BA of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 by the Australian Commissioner of Taxation.
