Movember is a great corporate team building activity.

It's an opportunity to have some fun and put the Mo back on the face of your business or social team while raising awareness and funds for key men's health issues.

Follow the steps below to get your team started.

1. Get the Support of Your Business
   Movember is fun and an ideal way to create challenges between workmates, departments, clients and competitors. It's also an awesome way to be associated with a great cause. If you're interested in getting your company involved and would like some help, please email us on info@movember.com.
   
   
2. Nominate a Team Captain
   The Team Captain can be a Mo Bro or Mo Sista. First, the Captain must register their team on movember.com and invite friends and colleagues to join their team. The invited team members will be sent an e-mail showing them how to become part of the team.
   
   Once registered, the Captain and team members will each receive a helpful e-mail with all the info they need to get growing and sponsored as part of the team. The Team Captain will have access to log in and manage their team during Movember.
   
   
3. Gentlemen Start Your Mo
   The Mo Bros need to begin November 1st (Movember) clean shaven. They will have the rest of the month to grow and groom their Mo. While growing Mo's is left to the guys, Mo Sistas form a very important part of Movember by recruiting and supporting the Mo Bros, including celebrating at the highly anticipated Gala Partés.
   
   
4. Raise Some Moolah
   Each Mo Bro and Mo Sista outreaches to their colleagues, networks and friends to sponsor their team's Movember efforts. Keep in mind, many businesses match the funds raised by their employees!
   
   
5. Celebrate Movember
   You can hold your own Mo Office or Mo Town Party and award your own Man of Movember, or come to one of the major Gala Partés and compete for the big Man of Movember title.
